Meanwhile, Mr. Cho (33) is accused of killing a man in his 20s and injuring three other men by wielding a weapon in an alley near Exit 4 of Sillim Station, Gwanak-gu, Seoul, around 2:07 pm on the 21st. One of the three injured is said to be in critical condition.
On the afternoon of the 23rd, Judge So Joon-seop of the Seoul Central District Court on duty issued an arrest warrant for Cho, who was suspected of murder, for reasons such as “concern about fleeing.”
