Meanwhile, Mr. Cho (33) is accused of killing a man in his 20s and injuring three other men by wielding a weapon in an alley near Exit 4 of Sillim Station, Gwanak-gu, Seoul, around 2:07 pm on the 21st. One of the three injured is said to be in critical condition.
