Table tennis Shin Yoo-bin re-enters the world’s top 10… Yoo Hae-in is third in the junior ranking

South Korean women’s table tennis ace Shin Yoo-bin has returned to the top 10 in the world rankings of the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF).

Shin Yu-bin ranked 10th in the world ranking of senior women’s table tennis in December announced by the ITTF on the 18th (Korea time), up one place from last week. Earlier this month, Shin Yu-bin competed in singles, women’s doubles, and mixed doubles at the mixed team World Cup held in Chengdu, China, and was runner-up.

Korea had nine wins and two losses in its 11 matches. It lost to China only two, and won in all other matches, including Japan.

At the Waldner Cup, which ended in Oslo, Norway on the 16th, Shin Yu-bin led the team’s victory as an Asian team with Lim Jong-hoon, who collaborated on a mixed doubles bronze medal at the Paris Olympics, and is ranked 9th in the World Table Tennis (WTT) women’s prize money rankings with $110,75.

Meanwhile, the rising star of table tennis, Yoo Yeong-in, maintained his third place in the world ranking of junior tennis players. At the World Youth Championships held last month, Yoo achieved Korea’s first-ever win in the U-19 women’s team event.
