Paul Skenneth (Pittsburg), the first player in the first round of the 2023 Major League Draft, won his second victory of the season with a powerful fastball on his 22nd birthday.

Pittsburgh’s batting lineup exploded 13 hits on the day and supported rookie starter’s two wins on his birthday.
Skenes, who has struck out 30 in four games since his big league debut, has a 2.45 ERA for his second win (unbeaten).
