LeBron received the most votes in the East and West combined, receiving 4,825,229 votes. Durant finished behind LeBron with 4,509,238 votes. Antetokounmpo received 4,467,306 votes, becoming the only player excluding LeBron and Durant to exceed 4 million votes.
In the Western Conference, Stephen Curry (3,901,808 votes), Luka Doncic (3,649,647 votes), Nikola Jokic (3,441,893 votes), and Anthony Davis (2,950,563 votes) were named after LeBron.
In the Eastern Conference, Jayson Tatum (3,281,124 votes), Joel Embiid (3,248,733 votes), and Kyrie Irving (3,024,833 votes) split the rankings after Durant and Giannis. The most notable vote this time was that Tatum surpassed Embiid’s ranking.
At the All-Star Game, fans account for 50% of the votes that determine the starting roster. Here, NBA players and media panels each share 25%. And the third tally result will come out on the 20th.
