Gangwon FC, a professional soccer team, strengthened its side defense by recruiting Choi Jung-hoon (25).
Gangwon said on the 25th that it has recruited side defender Choi Jeong-hoon.
Choi Jung-hoon is a side defender who boasts fast speed and active activity. He is a multiplayer who can play both right and left. Gangwon added depth to the squad by recruiting Choi Jung-hoon.
Choi joined Suwon Samsung upon graduating from high school, leading Matango to victory in the 2016 Spring League, the King of Kings, the 2017 Junior League, and the King of Kings. He was recognized for playing in three games for the U-17 national team.
Choi Jung-hoon made his debut by playing in the Sangju Sangmu match on November 30, 2019, but failed to establish himself as a key player in the K-League. Choi Jung-hoon, who left for the Jeonnam Dragons in 2020, has played in Yeoju FC and Namyangju FC as social service personnel since 2022.
