South Korea’s men’s volleyball team wins Brazil for the first time in 32 years

It was against the second team of the national team, but who won.

The South Korean men’s volleyball team, led by head coach Ramirez, beat Brazil 3-1 (25-23 23-25 25-22 25-21) at the 2024 Korea Cup Jecheon International Men’s Volleyball Championship with the performances of Shin Ho-jin and Heo Soo-bong.

In particular, it was a great joy in that it was the first victory in 32 years since the 1992 World League Seoul Series.

Although Brazil sent out the second team, not the main team of the national team, for the reason of participating in the 24th Paris Olympics, the performance was improved in that each set was over 20 points. 고소득알바

Moreover, ace Huh Soo-bong, who returned again, still scored the most points (19 points) in both teams.

Apogit Spiker Shin Ho-jin, who scored 18 points as a bonus, appeared as a new scorer, and the success of setter Hwang Taek’s double switching operation, Han Tae-joon, Apogit Shin Ho-jin, and Lim Dong-hyuk was also a big harvest.

In addition, captain Hwang Taek-ui also showed a better tosswork than before, and outside heaters Kim Dae-han and Lim Sung-jin, represented by 99s along with Lim Dong-hyuk, took turns doing their part.

Main libero Kim Young-joon and backup setter Han Tae-joon also performed well despite their limited experience, while middle blockers Lee Sang-hyun and Cha Young-seok also blocked whenever they were decisive.

However, the mistakes that came out from time to time have to be pointed out, and novel attempts such as back attacks and pipe attacks seemed to be somewhat lacking.

Anyway, the men’s volleyball team played against Japan at the same place on the 14th, expecting a better performance.
